Shipping Policy
Once your order is placed, it will be processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be dispatched. You will receive an email notification with the tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please check your junk or spam folder if you do not see this email in your inbox.
Delivery times vary based on the shipping option selected at checkout and your location:
Standard Shipping: Typically takes 3 to 9 business days.
Express Shipping: Should be delivered within 2 business days.
For a flat rate of $5: My regular shipping option is available based on the weight of the items in your cart. Please note, this option does not include a tracking number, and while I take great care in shipping, I cannot be held responsible for any lost/undelivered packages. The flat-rate shipping option (no tracking number) may take 3 to 10 business days, depending on the destination.
Please note that during the holiday season in December and January, processing and delivery times may be longer due to higher order volumes and increased shipping activity with Canada Post.
Should you receive notification of an unsuccessful delivery attempt, it is your responsibility to contact the delivery company using the provided details to arrange for redelivery.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, I only offer shipping within Canada. However, I am actively working on expanding my shipping options to include international destinations. Please stay tuned for updates on when international shipping will become available!

Return Policy
I am happy to accept returns within 10 days of the order being delivered, must be in the same condition as when they were received. Terramocca reserves the right to refuse a refund if the goods are not returned in pristine condition.
Important Notes:
- All earrings are Final Sale and cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
- All sales are Final Sale.
- Ensure your items are securely wrapped within a parcel. Your parcel remains your responsibility until it reaches me, so I recommend using a registered or recorded postal service. You are responsible for all return postage costs.
- During very busy periods, processing your return may take up to 7 working days, but I will do my best to expedite the process.
Handling and Packaging:
Jewelry is often crafted with delicate, precious materials. Mishandling or insufficient protection can lead to breakage. Please note that refunds will not be issued for items damaged due to improper care or insufficient packaging when returning goods.
I do not offer exchanges. If you are within the return period, you may return the item for a refund. However, if you wish to exchange the item, you will need to place a new order.
Refunds
Once I receive your returned package, I will process it as quickly as possible. After inspection, if you are eligible for a refund, it will be issued to your original method of payment. Please note that after your order is refunded on my end, it can take up to 3 to 5 business days to appear on your online banking statement depending on your financial institution.
You will receive an e-mail confirmation once the refund is processed. Please remember to check your junk or spam folder, as the email may occasionally be directed there.
Please note that during the busy season (December and January), refunds may take a bit longer than usual.
Jewelry care instructions
1. Keep it dry: Avoid wearing stainless steel jewelry in water, particularly chlorinated pools or hot tubs, as prolonged exposure can cause damage.
2. Avoid chemicals: Keep your jewelry away from harsh chemicals such as chlorine, bleach, and household cleaning products, as they can dull or damage the finish.
3. Store properly: Store your stainless steel jewelry in a dry place, away from moisture and humidity. Consider using a jewelry box or pouch to prevent scratches.
4. Clean gently: Use a soft cloth to gently wipe off any dirt or oils after wearing. For more thorough cleaning, use a mild soap solution and a soft brush or cloth, then rinse and dry thoroughly.
5. Polish carefully: Use a polishing cloth designed for stainless steel to restore shine, if necessary. Avoid abrasive materials that could scratch the surface.
7. Avoid impact: While stainless steel is durable, it can still scratch or dent with enough force. Be mindful of activities where your jewelry could be impacted.
8. Avoid prolonged exposure to sweat: Extended contact with sweat can sometimes cause stainless steel to tarnish or corrode over time. Wiping it down after wear can help prevent this.
Jewelry should be removed before sleeping to prevent it from getting caught on bed fabrics.

Sale items
Sale items cannot be refunded due to limited stock. Only regular priced items may be returned/refunded.
